2026 List of Priority Projects (LOPP)

The List of Priority Projects (LOPP) is an annual document that all Metropolitan Planning Organizations (MPOs) must develop. The LOPP identifies unfunded transportation improvements that are not scheduled for the next five-year period, ranked by priority. The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) uses each MPO’s LOPP to inform its decisions regarding which projects to include in its annual Work Program.
