Representing City of Groveland - Councilman Allen Sherrod
Councilman Sherrod is a native of Groveland, FL. Mr. Sherrod and his wife Susan have four beautiful children.
Councilman Sherrod was elected to the City Council in 2005. As Councilman his focus for our community is on education, growth and economic development.
Councilman Sherrod served our country in the US Air Force from 1987 to 1990. Mr. Sherrod is a Florida State Licensed Roofing Contractor and owns his own business, South Lake Roofing, Inc. Mr. Sherrod is also a pilot and Certified Dive Instructor.
Councilman Sherrod enjoys traveling with his family, flying airplanes and scuba diving.
